Can we publish while the event is still running?
Yes. We deliver an on-site news set of 30–60 edited images, often before the closing session, so your press office and LinkedIn can post the same day. It is arranged in advance, because it needs an on-site editing workflow.
When does the full gallery arrive?
The complete edited gallery is delivered within 48 hours as standard. Expect 300–500 edited images per photographer-day, and 600–900 for a two-photographer multi-track event.
Do we get horizontal and vertical video together?
Yes. A landscape highlight film and vertical cutdowns for social come from the same shoot, alongside speaker interviews and full session recordings if you need them.
Can you photograph team portraits during the event?
Yes. The pop-up headshot studio runs alongside the programme — roughly three to four minutes per person, up to about 300 people over two days.
What may we do with the photographs?
You receive a full commercial licence for your own use — marketing, press, social media, internal communications, annual reports — with no time limit and no per-use fees.
Photography and video from one supplier?
Booking both from one team is cheaper than two suppliers and avoids the classic problem of two crews shooting each other. Coverage starts at €169, fixed in writing before you commit.
