Our coverage starts at €169 for workshops and networking events, €199 for trade fairs and private events, and €250 for conferences, brand launches and galas. The final figure depends on duration, how many things run in parallel, how fast you need the images and what licence you need. Every quote is fixed in writing before you commit.

For a single photographer covering a full conference day, expect 300–500 edited images. A two-photographer team on a multi-track event with an exhibition area and an evening programme typically delivers 600–900. We shoot far more than that; what you receive is the edit, not the raw take.

The full edited gallery arrives within 48 hours as standard. If your communications team needs to publish during the event, we can deliver a news set of 30–60 images on site — often before the closing session. That is arranged in advance, because it requires an on-site editing workflow.

You receive a full commercial licence for your own use — marketing, press, social media, internal communications, annual reports — with no time limit and no per-use fees. We retain authorship, as EU copyright law provides. Extended rights for paid advertising or third-party distribution are agreed separately.

Yes. Our working language with clients is English, and we regularly work with international organisers, speakers and delegates who have no Czech. We also speak Czech and Turkish.

Yes. We cover events across the Czech Republic and regularly travel for clients to Vienna, Berlin, Budapest, Barcelona and Lisbon. Travel is quoted as a transparent line item, never hidden inside a day rate.

Yes. We work regularly at diplomatic receptions, board meetings and AGMs. That means signing an NDA as a matter of course, agreeing in advance which agenda items are not photographed, avoiding screens showing non-public information, and shooting with a silent shutter.

We maintain a briefed backup network of photographers of comparable standard who can take over your shot list at short notice. Your event does not move, so the contingency cannot be theoretical.

Cameras write to two memory cards simultaneously, so a card failure never loses a frame. Cards are not formatted until delivery is confirmed, a backup is created before we leave the venue, and copies are held in two separate physical locations within 24 hours.

If two things happen at once — parallel sessions, an exhibition floor alongside the plenary, or arrivals overlapping a stage programme — then yes. One photographer covering three tracks is sampling your event rather than documenting it.

Yes, and booking both from one team is cheaper than two suppliers and avoids the classic problem of two crews shooting each other. We produce same-event highlight reels, vertical social cutdowns, speaker interviews and full session recordings.

Yes. We set up a pop-up headshot studio at your conference or office: roughly three to four minutes per person, up to about 300 people over two days, retouched files delivered within 48 hours. It is consistently the most appreciated attendee perk we are asked to provide.

For May, June, September, October and especially December, as early as you can — those months collide badly in Prague and December is typically full by mid-October. For quieter periods, a few weeks is usually enough. A booking deposit secures the date.

Yes. We operate as a registered Czech business (IČO 08349541) with liability insurance, and can supply a certificate for venues that require one before granting access. Your finance team receives a compliant Czech invoice.
