Event Videography in Prague
Highlight reels cut while your event is still running — and social versions your team can post before the delegates reach the airport.
A photograph proves the event happened. A film makes people wish they had been there. For most of our clients the two are commissioned together, shot by one team, and delivered on the same timeline — because a recap film that arrives three weeks later is an archive document, not marketing.
We work the way event video actually gets used now: a short, fast, emotionally accurate cut first, longer material afterwards.
The Same-Event Highlight Reel
A 60–90 second film edited on site during your event and ready to screen before the closing session. It is the single most effective thing you can put in front of a room that is still together — and the clip your client will still be posting months later.
Social Cutdowns, Vertical First
The same footage cut for where it actually gets watched: 9:16 for stories and reels, square for feeds, subtitled for silent autoplay. Delivered as a set, not as one file your social team has to re-crop themselves.
Speaker & Testimonial Capture
Clean audio, two angles, and a quiet corner — interviews with speakers, sponsors and delegates recorded between sessions while the enthusiasm is real. This is the footage that sells next year’s edition.
Full Session Recording
Keynotes and panels captured end to end with a direct audio feed from the AV desk and the presentation slides synced in, so sessions can be published, gated or reused for training.
Hybrid & Streamed Events
When part of your audience is remote, we work alongside the streaming crew rather than competing with them for position — and document the broadcast production itself, which is usually the part nobody thinks to record.
One Team, Photo and Video
Booking stills and film from the same team removes the most common problem at covered events: two crews shooting each other. One brief, one set of positions, one consistent look across both deliverables.
“He shot three days of our Customer Forum and had a breathtaking video fully edited and ready to screen before the closing keynote. The quality was so remarkable that people were still talking about it months later.”
