Pro Event Prague (“we”, “us”) is a professional event photography service operated by Kemal Onur Özman, IČO: 08349541, based in Prague, Czech Republic. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit proeventprague.com or use our services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data We Collect

  • Contact details — name, email address and phone number you provide via our contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Booking information — event details (date, venue, type of event) needed to prepare a quote and deliver our services.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics via Site Kit).

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes (legal basis: pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To perform photography services and deliver images (legal basis: contract performance).
  • To meet legal obligations such as invoicing and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3. Event Photography and Images

Photographs taken at events may contain images of attendees. We process these images on behalf of the event organiser, who is responsible for informing attendees that photography will take place. Selected images may be used in our portfolio or marketing only with the organiser’s permission. If you appear in a photograph on this website and would like it removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business — such as web hosting, cloud image galleries and delivery platforms, and accounting services — under appropriate data processing agreements.
