Case Studies
Four engagements, the constraint each one imposed, and what the client received.
Four engagements that show how coverage actually gets planned — the constraint, the decision it forced, and what the client received. Client names are withheld; the words in each quote are the client’s own.
Multi-day congress
A four-day international summit for 700+ delegates
The brief
A four-day programme with parallel sessions, a full exhibition area and an evening social schedule. The organiser needed both the official record and material usable immediately by the press office — while the congress was still running.
How we covered it
A lead photographer owned plenaries, VIPs and the official record; a second covered parallel tracks on a published rotation. Every session, speaker and contracted sponsor placement was mapped to a coverage matrix before day one, and card ingestion ran continuously so each morning’s plenary was edited before the afternoon break.
Outcome
A news set delivered each evening for four consecutive days, plus the full graded archive structured by session. No contracted sponsor placement went unphotographed.
“Kemal served as our lead photographer for a 4-day international summit with over 700 attendees. I strongly recommend him for his uncompromising quality, immediate on-site and post-event delivery, and incredible attention to detail.”
Elena Rostova · Congress organiserVideo under deadline
A three-day customer forum, film screened before the closing keynote
The brief
The client wanted a highlight film shown to the room while everyone was still in it — not a recap published a fortnight later to an audience that had gone home.
How we covered it
Filming and editing ran in parallel from day one rather than sequentially. Sequences were cut each evening against a structure agreed in advance, so the final day’s material was the only thing outstanding when the closing session began.
Outcome
A finished, colour-graded film delivered before the closing keynote and screened to the full audience, alongside the complete photographic coverage of all three days.
“He shot three days of our Customer Forum and had a breathtaking video fully edited and ready to screen before the closing keynote. The quality was so remarkable that people were still talking about it months later.”

A three-day summit in Budapest
The brief
A client’s programme moved outside Prague. They wanted the same team, the same visual language and the same delivery standard in another city — and complete discretion in a venue full of senior guests.
How we covered it
The Prague team travelled with the programme. Positions and the shot list were agreed with production before doors, and coverage worked the edges of the room rather than the centre of it, so the photography never became part of the event.
Outcome
Consistent grading and delivery structure with the client’s Prague events, allowing both to sit in the same campaign report without looking like two different suppliers.
“Over the course of three days, he navigated the venue with seamless precision and discretion, delivering precisely what we asked for while elevating our expectations.”
Sophia Martinez · Budapest Summit 2025Technology sector
A three-day high-tech company event in Prague
The brief
An international technology company running a three-day event in a city where they had no existing supplier relationships, needing full coverage and predictable communication throughout.
How we covered it
Availability on WhatsApp from first enquiry to final delivery, agreed call times honoured, and coverage that stayed for the whole programme rather than the contracted minimum. Everything on the agenda was documented, then edited and delivered to the promised deadline.
Outcome
Complete coverage delivered on schedule at the agreed quality — and a client who has since said they will book again.
“He was very nice and patient along the way, very available on WhatsApp, always arrived on time and stayed until needed, photographed everything, and sent the photos on time in good quality after editing. We were very satisfied and there is no doubt that we will work together again.”
